If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

By engaging with this site, booking a Discovery call, or purchasing programs or Coaching Packages, you are consenting to your details being shared with parties to engage and deliver your services, eg for processing payments, delivering online &  shipping your programs, referrals, liaison with medical team etc

Clients phone, emails and shipping addresses are needed for processing of orders, and are stored in PayPal.

For people choosing a Discovery calls, Programs or Coaching Packages, additional personal information may be collected during these processes.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We will only keep your data as long as is necessary. This will include a period of at least 5 or 7 years from when you last were a client, for accounting, legal, reporting or other business requirements.
